The Disney Beach Club Villas are a casual and stylish property of the Disney Vacation Club. The resort offers a superb location right next to Epcot Center and access to a wide range of dining and recreational options within a comfortable walking distance. Beach Culb Villas are available for Disney Vacation Club owners or can be rented.

The Beach Club Villas are adjacent to the classic Disney Beach Club deluxe resort in the Epcot resort area of Walt Disney World. Both properties are nestled on the shores of Crescent Lake and exude the same laid-back sophistication. The resort opened in 2002 as a nostaglic recreation of Cape May seaside town. Bright pastel colors add to the beachside ambiance of the Beach Club Villas.
The Beach Club Villas have 282 units with pool, garden or courtyard views. The villas are in a separate building from the Beach Club Resort. The villas are equipped with eco-friendly smart technology such as sensors in the room that can register body heat and adjust the room temperature. The coffee table converts into a crib. Rooms have balconies or patio. Larger units come with washer and dryer, kitchens and Jacuzzi tub. The studios have a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and mini fridge. All Beach Club villas have ceiling fans. Guests receive a daily complimentary newspaper.
All Disney resorts offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Online check in and express check out are available. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. Remember that you will not receive daily housekeeping with Disney Vacation Club properties.

Guests of Disneys Beach Club Villas have full access to the amenities of the sister Beach Club Resort including the arcade, Sandcastle Club childcare, Ship Shape health club, valet
parking and a hair salon.

The Disney Beach Club Villas are an awesome three minute walk to the International Gateway “back door” to Epcot Center. This makes getting out of Epcot a cinch when the throng exits en masse after the nightly Illiminations firework show. Buses serve the Magic Kingdom. There is a boat to Hollywood Studios or you can walk via a walkway. Buses serve Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and the water parks. Please note that Beach Club Villas buses are shared with other resorts.
Dining
In the Disney Beach Club Resort you will find the following dining options:
- Beaches and Cream for casual sit down meals
- Cape May Café in the Beach Club serves buffet meals for breakfast and dinner. Characters are at breakfast.
- Hurricane Hannah's for quick service near the pool
- The Marketplace for quick service grab n go items
Room service is available to Beach Club villa guests. The Beach Club
Villas do not have any restaurants of their own, but guests can easily walk to
the Beach Club, Yacht Club and Boardwalk Inn for a large number of excellent restaurants.
Also nearby are the diverse dining options in Epcot Center.
The Beach Club Villas are comfortable and casual, yet elegant. These deluxe accommodations offer one of the best locations on all of Walt Disney World. The location on a lake adds to the seashore theme of the resort. The entertainment of Disney’s Boardwalk as well as a multitude of excellent dining options within walking distance make the Beach Club Villas a great place to stay.
