Check out the Disney All Star Movie Resort. Join the gang from Andy's room on the Toy Story set or visit the puppies of the 101 Dalmations. The Disney value resort is themed after the Disney animated classics. This hotel is undeniably cute and a real hit with small families.
As a Disney value resort you can find fun at an affordable price! In the third installment of the All Star hotel series, the All Star Movies hotel theming is from five animated classics: Toy Story, 101 Dalmations, Fantasia, Mighty Ducks and Herbie the Love Bug. The hotel, which opened in 1999, houses 1920 rooms in ten buildings.
Enormous recreations of Woody and Buzz can be found in the Toy Story section. The army men are seen atop the Toy Story buildings. Enormous dalmatian dogs Pongo and Perdita are found in the 101 Dalmatians area along with largest fire hydrant you will ever see. Huge broomsticks and buckets adorn the Fantastia buildings. Large hockey pucks, sticks and masks inhabit the Mighty Ducks area. Herbie the Love Bug area is decorated with tires, tools and car parts as part of a racecar theme. Herbie is the probably the least known movie by today's audience.

Rooms
The All Star Movies hotel has exterior corridors, like a regular motel with better theming. In true Disney style you will immersed in the story. Huge icons from the movies adorn the exteriors of the buildings.
At 260 square feet, the Disney All Star Movie Resort rooms are the smallest and cheapest on Disney World property. The rooms are decorated in bright colors and the movie theme continues indoors. The light fixtures resemble popcorn boxes and stars. Rooms have either two double beds or a king sized bed in the handicapped accessible rooms. Rooms have a separate vanity area with one sink. Included in the rooms are a mini-fridge, iron & ironing board and hair dryer.
Room views are parking lot, courtyard or pool. Preferred rooms are closer to the hotel amenities in Cinema Hall.

The resort does not have a sit down restaurant. The food court can be crowded and chaotic. Pizza delivery to the rooms is available.
Pools
The Disney All Star Movie Resort has two pools. The Fantasia pool is the larger pool complete with a Mickey fountain, a kiddie pool and a watery child play area. The pool bar Silver Screen Spirits is located in this section. The Fantasia pool tends to be very crowded. The Duck Pond pool is the smaller, quieter pool.

Tips
- Toy Story buildings are near amenities
- Fantasia rooms are close to pool, but tend to be loud. Request upper level room
- Love Bug rooms are the farthest from Cinema Hall and are quieter than other areas
- Request an upper level room for more peace and quiet
